Eliminate cash flow from FS Submission Issues

Friendly reminder the EW ends tomorrow. Should there be positive uptake, there are no cash flow issues. We should see a wave of announcements in March if they have (big if) their stuff together. If they were organized next week should be a big one!

The Early Exercise Period will commence on February 16, 2024 and terminate on March 1, 2024.
