Plant 1 was just moved on the property, likely to make space for Plant 2 which is on the same property. Plant 1 is now on the North-East Corner, with a larger pond built South of it, and Plant 2 is what seems like Center-West of the property.

I believe (I don't know for sure) the issue with plant 1 ramp up is that it is somewhat a science experiment, and they are still figuring out how to increase the feed that works with the process and for a while, procuring enough of the chemical supplies to use on site.
