As mentioned in the attached article, OGI is strongly in support, absent are the tier 1 LPs. Tilray has paid around a 100mil in tax to date, but as you can see there is still 200mil owing to the CRA, so a collection system is being put in place. All will benefit from the new excise tax at around 10%, a drop from 35%, did any of the tier 1 LPs put out a public statement after the new collection scheme was put out? This is what I am curious about, are any of the tier 1 operators affected by the plan to collect taxes owed?
