RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:AGM Material - Vote against the 2024 Management Equity PlanWell if its at the cost of company profitability, then with your logic, this thing will never see a profitable quarter, as any profits will be gobbled up by management.. not my idea of "fiduciary duties" in a public company.. thus the pathetic volume and another new 52 week low this week.. blame all the negative posters you want here.. they have nothing to do with the reason this stock is bouncing along the bottom and can't catch even a dead cat bounce bid..! Red flags everywhere..!!
