The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. FEAST BABY FEAST!

Lot better cancelling shares at 5 bucks with 10% dividend then it was last year $9 and 6% dividend. This is the bottom MOP up we need right before those "cuts"......but maybe not according to JEROME as he will testify before congress with a leather jacket with "higher for longer" on the back
