APDN = Cursed Stock

APDN = Cursed StockSTRONG SELL RECOMMENDATION - 600 Reasons to Sell this Dumpster Stock
351. Do you remember when lying CEO Hayward announced a “BIG PHARMA” acquisition?
352. Now if we only had an HONEST CEO, here’s what the press release would have said:
353. “Shareholders - we have limited cash on hand and so that constrains are ability to make meaningful acquisitions.”
354. “Nevertheless, our company has decided with approval of the Board of Directors to acquire a new private company in Canada that is run by one individual scientist.”
355. “This Canadian company's technology may help reduce contaminants from our DNA and RNA products.”
356. “So therefore we have decided to acquire this company.”
357. “Hopefully, this may spur additional sales.”
358. “But we would like to remind our shareholders there is no guarantee that this will happen.”
359. It is an indisputable fact that from the very beginning, CEO Hayward’s press releases have continuously been deceptive, false, and seriously misleading.
360. False and misleading press releases are considered by the Securities and Exchange Commission to constitute the crime of FRAUD.

STRONG SELL RECOMMENDATION - 600 Reasons to Sell this Dumpster Stock
361. One of Hayward's problems is that he's all over the place and can't stay focused. He's constantly jumping from one project to another.
362. He struggles to understand the complexities of his projects. Some of his projects are mammoth undertakings that take a lot of time, a lot of money, a lot of resources, and lot of manpower, that he does not have.
363. These projects are doomed from the outset. I'm not sure Hayward understands this, but if he does, he's hiding these problems from you - the investors!
364. Why does CEO Hayward like to associate with so many con artists? Why is he so enamored with these people? I’ve struggled for a long time to answer these questions.
365. CEO James Hayward also associated and partnered with Ronald Heineman. Whatever became of Ronald Heineman?
366. Ronald Heineman was previously barred by FINRA for engineering a "fraudulent scheme", among many other questionable insiders.
367. Do you know why CEO Hayward is not doing adequate testing of his DNA and RNA products?
368. The answer = $$$. Testing costs are expensive.
369. So you have another problem when you buy stock in a company that has financial difficulties like APDN. They don’t have adequate capital to do quality control testing.
370. It's a big problem for the company as well as its investors. I wish I knew this before I ever bought this cursed stock!

STRONG SELL RECOMMENDATION - 600 Reasons to Sell this Dumpster Stock
371. There are few guarantees in life but I can name one. If you invest in APDN for a long enough time, you will lose money. That's a guarantee.
372. Every investment involves risk.
373. But to hear con artist CEO Hayward explain it, the investment may be too good to be true.
374. Be especially careful if con artist CEO Hayward downplays any downside or denies that risk exists.
375. Con artists like CEO Hayward usually are not very good at answering important questions.
376. Watch out if con artist CEO Hayward has a problematic prior track record of business and its principals.
377. If you learn nothing else then you need to know this company is not for your benefit. It's for Hayward's benefit.
378. Hayward's friends and business partners we're con men. Hayward learned his lessons well.
379. The way APDN is set up, it virtually guarantees Hayward at least a million dollars a year for his salary. But this comes at your expense.
380. APDN stock has lost 99.9% of its value since its inception due to stockholder dilution by issuing more and more shares of stock endlessly in order to sell those shares of stock to raise money that goes to pay Hayward his obscene salary.

STRONG SELL RECOMMENDATION - 600 Reasons to Sell this Dumpster Stock
381. Folks it's time to wake up and stop patronizing this company.
382. If no one buys the stock, there won't even be a market for it and the stock will collapse.
383. Hayward is not your friend. And when you buy this stock, you become a partial owner of this company. It's like voting for your enemy. It makes no sense at all.
384. APDN used to have 68 employees recently. Now it’s down to 55. I bet we will see further reductions.
385. The true story behind CEO Hayward and his company. If Hayward's company was meant to be a real company poised for success, then surely after 20 + years this company would have achieved some sort of success.
386. At least one or more of its quarters would have been profitable.
387. But APDN has never had a profitable quarter in over 80 quarters. After 20 years, the investors have been financially destroyed to the tune of $1/2 Billion!
388. But every year, Hayward has enjoyed tremendous personal financial success.
389. Besides the free stock Hayward gets, he has made close to $30 Million in salary over 20+ years including bonus pay for losing money. (If Hayward made money for APDN, would he get double bonus pay?)
390. Regardless of what happens to APDN, Hayward is virtually guaranteed his outrageous salary. But don't be fooled. This was by design! It's the perfect money machine invented by Hayward! Hey Hayward, you should patent your money-making scheme.

STRONG SELL RECOMMENDATION - 600 Reasons to Sell this Dumpster Stock
391. Conclusion- APDN is a front company for Hayward's machinations and was designed by Hayward solely for providing him with a million plus dollar salary every year, rain or shine. It was never meant to be a real company. The investors here are just patsies.
392. Recently, con man Hayward said he was expanding his factory, but the latest financial report actually shows sales are contracting!
393. Hayward's panicking - 3rd Reverse Stock Split appears a near certainty.
394. Applied DNA Junk Sciences, Inc. has been a 20+ year failure.
395. It's mind boggling why the Board of Directors has not replaced CEO Hayward.
396. It doesn't make any sense but then this company doesn't make any sense either!
397. And there's even more shocking news. Back in 2012 APDN CEO and his cronies again decided the best idea they could come up with would be to issue a million dilutive warrants and a generous revenue stream to a tiny company James Hayward and APDN insider Yacov Shamash were heavily invested in, named DivineRune.
398. Maybe it should have been named DivineRUIN!
399. We know Hayward likes to hide important negative information. So what are the problems with his Linea IVT? There are contamination problems, and RNA polymerase errors, and RNA polymerase stalling, to name a few.
400. Ready for More Reasons Backed by FACTS to Sell this Cursed Stock!?
