RE:RE:NCIB

RE:RE:NCIB

50% equities 25% Bitcoin 25% REITs (levered). I was fortunate to unwind nearly all my leverage late 21' and bought back what I sold for meaningfully less. I did this 4 times over the period from late 21' to date. Documented on H&R board as this has always been my core REIT holding. Overall, since I started investing in REITs seriously after the Covid crash, Im likely sitting on a modest gain on REITs over this period, when adding my massive unrealized loss and realized gains (including cash distributions). Needless to say, I have been realizing profits on the balance of my portfolio and rolling proceeds into H&R and Artis.

These past three years have been the an incredible learning experience -- one thing this past year has taught me has been humbleness. All I can do is share what I do and why I do it, or recount on the past as I have now -- all in hopes of making better decisions in the future.

...I don't see the relevance of your reply to my orignial post, nor do I understand what has caused you to attack me now on two boards. I have always praised your macro economic analysis. I dont mind the random attack, but I ask that you try to keep it relevant TJ.

Have a wonderful day, Frankie.
