RE:28 cents is the start looks like the ask volume is picking up again on the level 2 chart, it has been showing low volume lately even though some days end up trading in the hundreds of thousands.....the thing is they must be day traders or whatever still wanting to get the price down to gain a penny or so because the bids are not up to what they should be.....still waiting for this take off when the avalanche of contracts start coming in....any day folks !!!!
