Can someone explain this Brokered life Financing Deal

Did they just increase shares from 318million to 350 million now ??

Had big hopes but this company seems to be just diluting the market shares everytime they need cash.

With BTC at ATH this company is looking like a Rock these days.  At the bottom sinking
