ARA mine like Magino is a large-scale project for a company that involves enormous capital to develop environmental permits, ongoing discussions with government, land rights, an increase in the cost of living, fuel prices, labor costs, and the list goes on. It is certainly not an easy process when comparing the previous few decades to build a mine. Additionally, many similar exploration projects never come to fruition or become very difficult to develop, especially in current times. Therefore, as the Magino mine is built, we will now be able to reap huge profits, but it has certainly not been an easy process from the initial prospecting stage. Now AR can focus on the revenue generated for probably 20 years, as well as the work involved from start to finish to develop Magino into a mine. Yes, it is a long challenge and nothing is finished because there will still be problems with inflation, financing, labor, machinery and so on. It's a long time and it's all part of a long process that most major projects undergo today. After the first casting it takes a year or more before it is truly 100% operational and not only for AR but for the entire sector. In a few months the stock price should start to reflect an upward trend due to earnings and a more bullish gold price. Personal opinion.
