I sold all my SKE shares and brought ARIS shares

I sold all my SKE shares and brought ARIS sharesI sold all my SKE shares and loaded up on ARIS (Aris Mining') sharers yesterday. Aris has several high-grade gold projects, and it is producinhg 230,000 oz now, and 500,000 oz by 2025-2026.

Aris Mining is a Canadian mining company listed on the TSX under the symbol “ARIS” and the NYSE-A under the symbol “ARMN”. Aris Mining (formerly known as Aris Gold) is led by an executive team with a demonstrated track record of creating value through building globally relevant gold mining companies. Aris Mining operates the Segovia and Marmato mines in Colombia, which together produced over 230,000 ounces of gold in 2021. The company is also the operator and 20% owner of the world class Soto Norte project in Colombia, with an option to increase to 50%. Aris Mining also owns the advanced stage Toroparu project in Guyana and the Juby project in Ontario, Canada. Aris Mining promotes the formalization of small-scale mining as this process enables all miners to operate in a legal, safe and responsible manner that protects them and the environment.

Vision

Our objective is to build Aris Mining into the next globally relevant gold producer, with management having successfully created Endeavour Mining and Leagold Mining, and members of the Board having successfully created Wheaton River Minerals, Goldcorp, and Yamana Gold. We will continue to pursue a strategy of acquiring operating gold mines and projects nearing construction with the aim of creating value through diversification, mine and corporate-level optimizations, investing in expansions and near-mine exploration, and active portfolio management.

Neil Woodyer
CEO

Neil Woodyer was a founder and CEO of both Leagold Mining and Endeavour Mining. He has an extensive history in the mining sector creating growth strategies, implementing financing plans, leading management teams, and creating shareholder value. In 1988, Mr. Woodyer was the founder of Endeavour Financial, a successful mining merchant banking and advisory business. In 2009, he and Frank Giustra devised Endeavour’s growth strategy and as CEO, he led Endeavour Financial’s transition from a financial company into a mine operations and development company, Endeavour Mining. Endeavour Mining grew through a series of acquisitions and new mine builds to become one of the largest gold producers in West Africa. In early 2020, after he arranged Leagold Mining’s merger with Equinox Gold, Mr. Woodyer – along with other team members – created Aris Gold (now Aris Mining) to repeat the shareholder value strategies that had previously proven successful at Endeavour Mining and Leagold Mining.

Comparables

In Latin America, other gold producers with around 400,000 ounces of gold production have market caps ranging from $800 million (Torex Gold, Mexico) to more than $2.6 billion (Lundin Gold, Ecuador). This underscores the potential for ARIS, even if gold mining valuations remain stagnant and without factoring in Soto Norte.

For years, investors overlooked Endeavour Mining, but when they finally caught on to its potential, its market capitalization grew by 10X in less than 2 years. Before this, Wheaton River’s grew by over 50X during Neil’s board tenure.

ARIS Mining is emerging as a potential juggernaut hidden in plain-sight. Neil’s exceptional track record, combined with ARIS’s solid foundation and growth potential, positions the company to thrive amidst these challenges.
