Eoganacht...If you watch the video of Dr McFarland that you provided,,,

At the 36:45 time...
About...Keytruda...CG007...and N-803(Anktiva)...
Dr.McFarland said'' The above are all continous treatments, they are not a one time treatments(TLT-Ruvidar is a one or two time treatment), you have to take the above treatments for as long as you can tolerate them''.

She seem to imply that after you stop these treatments(or develop resistance) the cancer can come back.

The above give the edge to TLT-Ruvidar.
