i have zero confidence this management can keep any stock traded company afloat. so, we need to change at ANY price.

the best thing is they bought a couple of companies with over priced paper. after that this management has eliminated all value from Poet. next stop is belly up.

a sale can at least salvage a couple of pennies on the $. remember the haircut from $15 to $1.50 already.
