Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is focused on developing pelareorep, an intravenously delivered immunotherapeutic agent that activates the innate and adaptive immune systems and weakens tumor defense mechanisms. the following note appeared on page 14 of the md&a document. an obligation for an oncy subsidiary which has not yet commenced????

maybe a new obus office in san diego?

obvioulsy a lease has been negotiated someplace outside of canada.

(1)We are also committed to office lease payments of approximately $1,098 over 5.3 years for one of our subsidiaries which have not yet commenced.
