RE:FFN Extension

RE:FFN Extension A consolidation cannot be ruled out because it will be dependent upon how many shares are tendered for redemption of each of the classes of shares as per the Special Retraction Privilege.

Right now, one would not expect any preferred shares to be tendered since they are trading above the $10 redemption price. If this premium is maintained, a consolidation in FFN is highly unlikely.

Splitfunding wrote: Yes! Good news, they finally announced the extension today for another 5 year term. It doesn't sound like they made any changes to the fund either I.e. no consolidation! thank god. Now we can safetly hold the fund without worrying about being stuck with a big capital loss, the only question going forward being how often she'll pay out.
