RE:FFN Extension A consolidation cannot be ruled out because it will be dependent upon how many shares are tendered for redemption of each of the classes of shares as per the Special Retraction Privilege.
Right now, one would not expect any preferred shares to be tendered since they are trading above the $10 redemption price. If this premium is maintained, a consolidation in FFN is highly unlikely.
