RE:RE:FTN UNIT NAV estimated @ $18.03 to MArch 12Yes , lower premiums = a higher yield as compared to what you would have got buying at market. However FTN has been at a discount for some time, and those who bought in back in Feb would have a much higher yield than buying today. Premium to NAV and discount to NAv are the most important factors to me. Macro conditions and market sentiment are also something to consider, but change quickly quite often.
