Facts are..!!As per Financials....he is definitely getting a salary to a tune of $500k with rights and options. He has NOT stopped his salary. Why would he, has lots of cash currently in the bank . I believe hes a greedy man. How this small penny stock with no current revenues to date and him drawing a compensation package of $500k+ / year is theft in my books. What the hell does this man even do..he certainly is not on the rig drilling....So one has to ask, whats he good for, while the share price plummets to ZERO value very soon..Where's the updates??? As for share count he holds, can't answer that..stockhouse is showing what I had posted, and they tell me stockhouse runs very current data.
I've seen many other revenue producing companies with 10x plus TCFs Market Cap and their CEO pulls just over $350k...This CEO has pulled a fast one on all shareholders and taken advantage of us all for the last 2 years...I have stated this many times, how his salary is way out of line..Now, the issue will be can this company attract a new equity raise ...within 5-6 months they will need more money...right!!!..I would not give this man/company a nickel!!!..I think markets are now wise to this man...Just my take on this fiasco of a company..and the failures we see to date..many have lost their savings believing in this story that he's been telling for the last 2 years. You be your own judge and come to your own conclusions...I come to mind, and will continue to speak out, when I see injustice in the markets and companies ...Happy Trading!!!
