The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. he already did write a hit on dream office. i lost respect for his work when he compared dream office properties to nwh though...

as for artis, he was calling for $8 unit price in the coming months back in december and took a position in the prefs. he said it would be hard not to come out with $10.

overall his article wasn't really negative, very low quality in my view and more of a piece to write a piece. obiously if credit conditions worsen and rates move up, artis distribution could be at risk...

he omitted so many outcomes for 2024 which could enhance affo.
