RE:Charlie Lake acreageNo but TVE's main production area is more to the South, near Wembley and Pipestone. Maybe some small blocks to the North of that, possibly near BNE but they don't have a grid to match.
However it did look like that a batch of the best 15 wells was lying more north of TVE country, possible closer to BNE's land. But be careful by judging production of wells as there IP is very important. That 1100 boe/d might well be 30 or 90IP while BNE uses 365IP; then close to 500 boe/d is quite impresssive.
Kelt's land is adjacent to us: the (smaller) blocks to the North-East of Pouce Coup in their presentation, but they're targetting a different subcrop of Charlie Lake (think ours is better, closer to the fairway and drilling in the same subcrop as TOU is drilling).
Both have bought (expensive) land near us.
Kelt's net Charlie lake land is similar to us: ~ 75 k net acres vs Kelt's 88 k net. They might do deals opportunistically (also in Cardium as Share Price converges to PDP price, and perhaps with Montney) but immediate focus is on efficient allocation of capital and getting Charlie Lake up & running. Good stuff.
They also hired a Senior Charlie Lake geologist.
They're good either way: lot's of s-tier drilling locations and they can sit back and pounce on other opportunities if they arise but no need to chase anymore.
