The Company is focused on its 100% owned copper porphyry projects in Canada and the United States. Its projects include MPD Copper-Gold Porphyry Project, Mohave Copper-Molybdenum-Silver Porphyry Project and Kohuna Diamond Project. The MPD Copper-Gold Porphyry Project has approximately 226 square kilometers of land package in South-Central British Columbia (BC). The Company’s MPD Project consists of four properties, which include Man, Prime, Dillard and Axe. Mohave Copper-Molybdenum-Silver Porphyry Project covers over 10.4 square kilometers of the land package. The Company’s Kahuna Diamond Project is an advanced stage diamond exploration project located in Nunavut, Canada. The Company has also entered into a property purchase agreement to acquire an approximately 100% interest in the Aspen Grove Property.

Most important thing in junior companies is mgmt, their past record, are they able to move things forward, dont dilute company, as we can see share numbers are low and this is positive, as I said, lets see next move from mgmt and drill results, Teck owns 10%, mgmt 8%,
