Shorters are the problem - How do we get rid of the shorts?

Shorters are the problem - How do we get rid of the shorts?

On February 29, 27% of total trades were shorts, whereas on January 15, 37.9% of total trades were short trades so there is some improvement. For the two week period ending Feb 29 short trade volume was 5.8 million shares, and the period ending February 15 was 7.2 mm shares.

There is some improvement, but we need some news to send TOU in a rapid move upwards. It will happen with this company. Another takeover of say CR, or positive news on NG pricing |demand will quickly send the relatively small volume of shorters to cover. Not sure which will happen first, but something will happen and it will be great to see the shorters running for cover. I believe they are in dangerous territory .

The filling of TCs pipeline to Shell & companies LNG project will commence soon and the actual deliveries from Kitimat will commence in 2025. Imo if you wait until next spring to buy Tou you will have missed some big upside in share price. We could see some late winter increased NA cold that would also increase price of NG.
