RE:Due for a market correction

RE:Due for a market correctionI have to disagree, IMO TNT is setting up for a nice pop on and after the quarterly earning tomorrow. I believe AFO will be excellent with a full quarter of resigning of many new lease agreements and continued high occupancy, over the back half of 2023. As well, a much reduced float (due to buy-backs) will improve the earning per share in addition to positive annoucements on both a new distribution, continued buy-backs and debt reduction.

Further, I believe additional commerical sales, cleaning up the portfolio and reducing debt levels will set-up nicely off this 10x year low market cap currently, making this a key entry point going forward.

IMO, interest rates will need to drop 2% over the next 6x months (starting July), in Canada. Supported by quarter point increments, increasing AFO monthly and quarterly going forward starting mid-2024.

The market looks ahead so I believe this will be a very important earning call.

Will see whos right, I could be holding the bag for a while longer that is why I expect the reinstatement of a distribution to support go forward investors and new investment while we continue greatly improved matrix on their portfolio.

Good luck to all holders on this board!

Cooper.
