To pick up on your metaphor, I like land of all types. I am here, in the main, for the qualitiative reasons (been there/done it, skin in the game, the opportunity to leverage data, sector growth, tech vs./++ infrastructure company, EU expansion, one company vs. silos, etc., etc.)...supported by improving performance metrics as this is put in place.
Can't move to the NAZ fast enough for me, but then you and I have disagreed on the need for this in the past.
