Boron One Holdings Inc. is a Canada-based international mineral exploration and development company with its assets in Serbia. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of its resource properties. Its project includes Piskanja. Piskanja is located in a historical mining region with infrastructure for mining, including roads, rail, electric power, experienced miners, and others. The site is situated 250 kilometers (km) south of Belgrade, Serbia, accessible by paved roads. Lithology at Piskanja is typical of sedimentary basins, primarily consisting of shales, marls, and limestone, with two primary gently undulating borate beds. The mineralization is primarily dense, compact colemanite with some ulexite. The Company’s subsidiary is Balkan Gold Corp.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Looking forward to next week!There is no indication that the Part 2 documents have been submitted. The Serbian government cannot put on hold something that they do not control and they do not control the submission itself.

As for a potential holdup because of envirnmental concerns, that's way down on the list of potential road blocks. Presently, the Serbian govrnement is trying everything it can to get the Jadar project back on track. Furthermore, the Piskanja bortate mining will be nowhere in terms of environmental impact compared to lithium mining. It's also in a mining-friendly part of the country.

As for the "Buyers Beware" comment, Two questions for you: (1) How good of an investment has BONE been for you up to the present ?, and
(2) You've put forward that the licensing process is on hold because of envirnmental issues. If you believe that, why would you advise anyone to buy into BONE ?

It's not the small investors that are going to save the day here. Wait until the big guys show up before considering BONE as an investment - Buyers Beware.
