As of March 1st 2023 there was 76AF transferred to Greenbriar with the remaining water rights held by Paul Morris and Ronnie Strasser remain privately held.

In relation to temporary transfers of allowed pumping allocations that occurred during 2023 there were
30.67AF transferred to the two apple orchards and Green Rich Farms. The remaining 916AF temporarily transferred were mainly to the City, Golden Hills and the Youth Park, respectively.

Interesting that they have approx. a thousand AF of water that is being drawn from "unmetered" wells. The District is working to have all these wells metered.
