Don't think either side is having much of an influence on the SP.
You could gain a decent understanding of current issues with this stock by reading this board but it should be a small part of your DD. Many say they're diligent in their research but I wonder how many actually are.
It's the lack of interest that's bringing this stock down. And who would be interested when you can't find out why this project always seems off-track with its timeline ?
