As I mentioned, the market for this type of light industrial real estate is pretty hot right now.
I am of the belifef that PRV is not actively looking to sell so any scenario I offer would be on the assumption there is a motivated buyer.
Perhaps an offer of mid $7 might be made but pretty sure that would only trigger a bidding war up close to $9. It's not very often a parcel of properties like these hit the market, with interest rates coming down along with an in-house property managment company in Compass, the assets are very attractive for any entity looking to shore up a major presence in Eastern Canada.
