If Poet was to apply as of now,given their current eroded balance sheet and non existing financials,they would most likely not even qualify for that.
The Nasdaq Capital markets is not any better than the TSX vulture,only difference being is that they have access to a much larger, but also much more competative market, imO

Except meme stocks, that used to be pump and dump stocks. Like the stock that owns (no)thruth(not)social. The metric is the higher the loss, the higher the share price. How does Poet apply to become a meme stock?
