Furtthermore, the company must hoist 900 tonnes per day for 30 consecutive days by October 31, 2025 from AFW or else suffer a significant penalty. If I remember correctly, Jed said that the equiprment for AFW must be ordered by September 2024 in order to achieve this goal.
IMO, there are 4 things in play. The first is to ramp up UG mining ASAP. The second is to use the OP to ensure that the mill is processing 1000 TPD. The third thing is to drill and drill some more for AFW so they have a better ubderstanding of the geology. The last thing is to get the mill expanded to 2000 TPD.
