A question to the wise: All the Cdn drillers and service

A question to the wise: All the Cdn drillers and service companies are talking about draught conditions in western candad meanin frac companies etc are going to have to provide their own water. i.e bringing up non-pottable water from depths and treat it and recycle it, which may or may not require more treatment as it's recyhcle,--have no idea-- but apparently this processing of the water requiresis chemicals. On their earningns call trican mentioned they provide their own chemicals for the water recycling thing..
Does CEU sell these chemicals  which would be good for busines or is it easy to get hold of from other providers, i.e trican provides them. Or would they be buying them from someont like CEU. Any educated inpput from the technically savy would be appreaciated.
