"Speak the truth"? Yes please!

The point is not defending the Board. The point is to make factual statements. The statement that the Board received $25m in compensation is factually inaccurate and shows a lack of understanding. The fact that you are now defending this inaccuaracy means to me that you too have a lack of understanding.
