I suspect the short fund what added a seven figure position in Artis is already down at least 10% plus his fees. Obviously Manji deeked them badly as they weren't expecting ncib going HAM and seemed to be thinking lack of buyback was distress. May have also bought into the hot inflation reset data and got torn a new one from dovish Powell. The Dream Office short covering is going to be a biblical crucifixion. Bloody. Coopper likely announces an asset sale anyday now. Hardly any float left so short covering is going to devastate whoever the idiot fund is.
