RE:hay patch

The mar 6 info-spot by buff has it going N3 a diversion point.. that information is located in the Yet Water Distrik – they hav Interm Status and regulate.. good bet to assume that there is a permit in the stak under National Pollution Control Elimination System. (NPDES).. the water falls under SilvaCulture, the buff como’s implied discharge basin – DGW (discharge to groundwater)

there is a couple bukets of water here – soo there will B a pile of greedy “ME’s”.. good bet Nution is not in the park – they do not hav a stadium w players.. their focus will B the asnaconada pit.. I also suspect nuton has a master plan for the pilot plant. Ergo.. the 12M$ funding…. Otw – permits N2 an agency w sites, that hav designations/permits -will- B @ least 12 months as the field lab data is collected and transmitted to agencies…

part of that nuton proposal includes removing the retaaining wall around the old pit lake.. there is a yellow tint so it probably loaded w sulfur and will B mined for thacker pass.. the mill up there uses sulfur in an exothermik process that generates over 1200 Deg C of heat and sodium hypochlorite (35%) as a dry zero discharge process / cathodic lithium..

\

national coal pulled out of the open pit construction up there (LAC-Thacker) and Becthel is now the primary constructor w the EXTRA 3.oB$ biden kicked in from some pool of money.. the budget was just signed allocation is probably tucked away here on page 999. lets see if the neveda people around Yet were pizzed enuff -2- place heat on their local congressional critters pushing 500M$ out of that pakage over thisw way. The area and village should receive some benefit from these large federal spending allocations/ schools hospitals banks (boosting cash reserves).. dumping 3B$ in an empty grass field @ thacker is a rip off.. canacord ha already funded LAC 1B$ and the feds dropped another 250M$ last fall.. its an empty lot up there… turning into a huge con job w payola scams showing in the craks / becthel… the overunn experts.. tire traks on everything and 1000% never on time w their 1000 scru drivers N U..

we shoud hear “”anything”” next few days on NCI Strageic Designations/Fiunding… that will put a mill and NCU OP in play… the water is a done deal.. the NCI Board has made it clear 5000tpd @ 17 years.. ahw – I want to see the money from these cretures in DC...
