I believe Sue or Derwood actually stated reverse split then Nasdaq in one of their recent spewing sessions.. I not going to go thru the videos and look as I can only stomach so much BS .

I said at this point in the company's evolution, the Nasdaq and associated reporting requirements are too costly, and the Nasdaq is over-hyped.
