Thanks Dave for the info on naked shorting. Takeaway I get is that not only is it (naked shorting) very risky, BUT just one positive P/R update or contract announcement will litterally BURY the shorters. ---On the subject of causing the ability to raise capital,I think if GSI wins a large contract and needs more funds than are available on the L.O.C, lending institutions will be lining up to supply the funds at an attractive rate. Seems everyone is waiting for the contract(s) to happen and more and more people are taking notice.
