So why don't you explain to me why Lightwave Logic has a market cap of more than 10 times POET?

DhuH!!.the answer lies in The incompetent Management with POET..If POET had proper management,then perhaps,We too might have a market cap the equivalent to LWLG,wich is fair to say that it wouldn't be unreasonable..
