RE:RE:RE:Do we understand what we are voting on ?unfortunately, this situation has got me to thinking (which can be dangerous!) Believe we get the 85 based on sale of the assets.
Andrew is likely focused on getting his money back. Once that is done he could sell the other assets for say $1 with a royalty back to him having met the Sale requirement and thus leave a lot of the futures out of Replical hands. and ending any royalty potential.
Secondly, given that the company will be DELISTED - who is going to track shareholders and who and where to pay any potential royalty. Surely that type of service would cost something??
Thirdly - now that i have a delisted company, if I write it off for tax purposes (I am supposed to divest myself of the stock) thus in that case i would not be eligible for any potential royalities - Who will track this so only current shareholder owners will get whatever might be offered??
Anyone here have ab insight into some of these issues.
