RE:RE:RE:It's about time Sheraholders open their eyes..He is correct in his rough calulation..Any Profitable Corporation would be able to apply the losses against profits,but a buyer would never pay the equivalent of their tax rate savings..the tax loss savings does indeed have value,but may or may not add a premium to the sale,or at least certainly nowhere near the figure of 53 Mill as stated by FJ..Another way to look at it,is that the 215 Mill US accumulated loss is worth nothing to POEt unless they start turning over profits.
Yep 215 Mill US loss of shareholders dollars up in smoke if the Company goes bankrupt.
