Look at it this way...anybody or entity that would be willing to pay 53 Million premium for POEt's tax loss benefit to Save 53 Million in taxes, would have to be maybe a little bit Stupid.dont you thinks?
Certainly,any company carrying yearly profits would give it consideration, if they see other valuable potential in making a bid for POET..IMO
