Yeah there are many problems with the carbon tax but to pick up on your points, this tax is very regressive.  Or in other words it affects the poor more than the rich.  For many people in this country, paying the extra for the carbon tax is a big deal.  Yet Trudeau advertises himself as a champion of the disadvantaged.  Seems to me that people are starting to see through this charade and start to vote for people who show some common sense (something that is sorely missing in the Political Class around the world).
