Naturally I hope you can't.  It’s called “The Wall of Worry” when an asset breaks upward and knowing it can’t last investors start taking profits.  While there are many influences upon POG, even numbers isn't one of them, that said this move upward is still in its infancy, compare this move with previous 2 year gain 0f 60% (2018-2020) breaking the 2300 mark.  A second bounce down might be instructive.

When you come down to it, POG is a proxy short on the USD, and as a true goldbug I’m already on a “gold standard”, The number of USD needed to own an oz. of Au, goes up and down, but my oz. of gold remains the same.
