RE:RE:RE:the only positivewhat do you think the odds are the $10 mill is already gone so if you are going to value the spinco assets at Zero, which I am not saying you should by the way, you should probably value the cash balance as zero at best, if not negative the way these guys burn through money? Just my opinion.
