Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:SEEKING ALPHA ARTICLE Artis REIT: Should You AX It From Yourno disrespect to this guy but he has a lot of work to do. not just on artis but his other reits he reports on. feels like the article is written by a computer analyzing basic information.

can u really have a view on artis without covering the new $175 residential condo complex ($10 million in NOI annualized) or consider the $244 million cominar preferred. i don't think so.

just add +$175 + $244 = 61% of the market capitalization from those two items alone.

and he's saying artis rents are going to decline on the industrial side when they've grown spnoi consistently in that space. lol.

artis story is tough to understand. anybody can read a balance sheet and make conclusions.
