Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

It's a little too much to explain on here but I suggest you read the last few quarterly reports.. I am happy to own it. I own a lot actually and cap read on 65%. They will want a much higher price than it currently sits. I could explain a lot of it but you're better to listen to the last couple conference calls.. I say anywhere under $2.50 It's a great buy if you have at least a year timeframe.
