As your pal Quentin says we are on the clock for our patent as it expires in 2028. We can't allow ourselves to get near that as the closer we get to that expiration the less negotiating power we have. If you think the Board/Advisors don't know that then you're less smart than I think you are now. 

And don't get precious when I interject your name in to a post as you have done that to Canadafan on numerous occasions. Usually with a jibe or in negative connotation.
