Initial Drilling Unveils Promising Grades @ South Falcon Skyharbour Resources (SYH.v SYHBF) boasts an extensive array of uranium exploration projects in Saskatchewan's prolific Athabasca Basin. Of SYH's twenty-nine projects, ten are drill-ready.
Partner companies collaborate with SYH through funding exploration efforts and providing cash and share payments in exchange for ownership interests in select projects. These partners have been diligently mobilizing drilling equipment and identifying areas of heightened radioactivity.
Tisdale Clean Energy (TCEC.c), one of SYH's partners, recently completed the initial two drill holes at the South Falcon East Uranium Project, uncovering uranium grades reaching up to 0.07% eU3O8. Resumption of drilling operations is slated for later this spring season.
Previous drilling endeavors at the site unveiled promising mineralization, with past intersections yielding uranium grades as high as 0.17% over a 14-meter span.
TCEC endeavors to secure a 75% interest in the project by issuing 1,111,111 shares to SYH upon agreement initiation and funding exploration expenses amounting to CAD $10,500,000. Additional cash payments totaling CAD $11,100,000 will be made over a span of five years.
