Cooper continuing to show why people think he's bad news in my view.

This is a weird release, but overall it should be bullish as he confirmed there were several assets up for consideration not just one or two like I thought.

Those who know market values in that area expect $485-600 per square foot.

Nearly a double from today's value if the low end gives us a re-rate.
