This did not come from the company but, I assume, he saw it on his broker's site or some other financial site. I am with TD and they had the April 10 as well. The date was an estimate based on prior year's reports.
I am thinking, like CF, that they are (perhaps) expecting big news anyday now and will not confirm the reporting date until it comes. Unlike the TSX where reporting year end results must be done within 90 days, on the Venture the deadline is April 29.
