RE:COINCIDENCE?think buyers caught wind of dream office's asset sales that are coming. 

i don't live in toronto but perhaps there are signs downtown.

or thru people who have good intel via CRE brokerages.

most of it was public domain from calls/releases, even bloomberg wrote about it.,

but it seems more occurred.

artis buying probably scared the shorts. the buying has been aggressive.

but two other large buyers are party to this in my opinion.

i think deals are coming at dream office, dont think artis buying is culprit here of rally
