Winsome Resources Limited is an Australia-based lithium focused exploration and development company with four project areas in Quebec, Canada. The Company's 100% owned projects include Cancet Lithium Project, Adina Lithium Project, Sirmac-Clappier Project and Tilly Project. Its advanced projects - Cancet and Adina, provide shallow, high grade lithium deposits. The Cancet Lithium Project comprises a substantial landholding of over 200 square kilometers (km2). The Sirmac-Clappier Project is made up of approximately 39 claims for a total area of 1,931 hectares (ha), outcropping high-grade lithium hosted in spodumene-bearing pegmatites. The Tilly Project is comprised of approximately 91 claims and covers 47 km2. It also owns 100% of the offtake rights for lithium, cesium and tantalum from Power Metals Corp (PWM) Case Lake Project in Eastern Ontari, and also owns around 19.6% interest in PWM. The Company has an option over the 29 claims of the Jackpot Property, immediately north of Adina.

if the Renard deal is an 'opportunity', and our MD is going to Japan and Korea for two weeks for invited meetings about battery supply chains, then the next couple of weeks of exciting opportunities must be MOUs being inked, and/or, perhaps, a strategic placement to a white knight to pay for feasibility studies and block RIO opportunism (extreme speculation based on video remarks, beware).
